What is the Aged Care Home Package?

The Aged Care Home Package is a government-funded program in Australia designed to support eligible seniors in receiving health and care services at home. This funding can be used for services such as:

  • Physiotherapy – To enhance mobility, flexibility, and strength
  • Remedial Massage Therapy – To relieve muscle tension, manage pain, and improve circulation
  • Allied Health Assistant Services – To support rehabilitation, recovery, and daily function

These services are beneficial for pain management, post-surgical recovery, mobility improvement, and chronic condition care, enabling seniors to live independently for longer.

How is the Funding Used?

  • The Aged Care Home Package is funded by the government and is divided into different levels (Level 1–4) based on the level of care required.
  • The funds must be managed by an approved Home Care Provider who oversees how the funding is allocated.
  • To access our services, you can contact your Home Care Provider and request to include physiotherapy, remedial massage, or allied health assistant services in your care plan.

How to Apply?

1. Assessment through My Aged Care

You will need to undergo an assessment to determine your eligibility for the Aged Care Home Package.

2. Select a Home Care Provider

Once approved, you must choose a provider to manage your funds.

3. Request Our Services

Inform your Home Care Provider that you would like to use your funding for Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage Therapy, or Allied Health Assistant Services.

4. Provider Coordination

Your Home Care Provider will contact us to arrange your services and schedule your care.
