Instant Health Insurance Claims We offer HICAPS on-the-spot claims processing, allowing clients to use their private health insurance card at the time of service to reduce out-of-pocket expenses.

Services Not Covered by Health Insurance
For AHA, OTA, and PTA services, clients can:
• Claim funding through NDIS or Aged Care Home Package (if eligible).

Yes. We will provide a detailed receipt, which you can use to manually submit a claim with your health insurance provider.
4. As an NDIS participant, can I use my NDIS funding for all services?
Yes, if you are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed, you can use your NDIS funding for all services. If you are NDIA-Managed, please check with your plan manager for eligibility.
